Welcome to Ingfield Manor School
Ingfield Manor School is an established special school for students aged 3–19 years with neurological motor impairment such as cerebral palsy and associated sensory and medical needs.
We follow a Conductive Education curriculum which focuses on developing the potential of each individual. We offer a specialist service to support developing strategies for meaningful communication for all our children and young people.
Our provision includes day and residential provision, based in our own idyllic grounds close to Billingshurst, West Sussex.
Here at Ingfield Manor School, we provide:
- A conductive education provision that empowers individuals in every aspect of their lives
- An ambitious curriculum for young people with neurological motor impairments. Accredited courses on offer
- A Transdisciplinary team approach, with skilled, specialist staff inclusive of nursing, therapy, visual impairment and hearing impairment support.
- Expert provision in augmentative alternative communication (AAC)
- A newly refurbished residential provision for term time boarding
- Idyllic grounds with woodland classroom space, high specification sensory room and swimming pool as examples of the incredible resources on offer.
- Positive relationships with external organisations and professionals.
- Consultancy paediatrician service, dietetics and behavioural psychology.

Ingfield Manor School for Parents is a unique service for families of babies and very young children from birth to five years. The service works in partnership with parents to educate the young child with cerebral palsy or other motor learning difficulties and allied learning needs. Solid support and practical advice is provided to parents within an encouraging environment, so they can play a key role in the teaching partnership.

At Ingfield Manor, our beautiful grounds allow us to bring learning outside to our purpose built woodland fully wheelchair accessible classroom. A wonderful opportunity for our pupils.

Whilst staying with us children can expect to receive exceptional care, benefit from all the facilities we have on site and enjoy a variety of after-school activities.
